What this site collects
This website is a set of static pages. It does not use accounts, cookies for tracking, or contact forms that store data on a server. The “Start your tattoo” page builds a WhatsApp message in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere until you choose to send it in WhatsApp.
WhatsApp, phone and email
When you message or call the studio, your name, number and the details you send are used to answer you and to manage your booking. They are handled under WhatsApp’s and your phone provider’s own terms.
Analytics
The site may use privacy-conscious analytics to count visits and which pages and buttons are used, without identifying you. Where Google Analytics is used it is configured without advertising features.
Embedded maps
The contact page embeds a Google Map, which is loaded from Google and subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Photographs
The tattoo photographs on this site are the studio’s own work, shared with clients’ consent. If you are a client and would like a photo of your tattoo removed, message the studio.
Your rights
Under the Jamaica Data Protection Act you can ask what personal data the studio holds about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Contact the studio at the details on the contact page.
